It is going to be hot hot hot this weekend across most parts of Canada and what better way to ring in the nice weather than with some tasty Twigz Infused Street Corn.
Here is what you will need:

6 ears corn husked and all silk removed

olive oil
-
2 tsp chipotle chili powder
-
¼ - ⅓ cup cotija cheese crumbled
-
¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
-
sea salt
-
Crushed Twigz
-
1 lime juiced
For the Sauce
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
2 tbsp sour cream
-
1/2 lime juiced
-
¼ tsp chipotle chili powder
-
¼ tsp salt
Here are the steps:

Put all of your ears of corn onto the foil. Brush olive oil on each ear of corn and lightly sprinkle all sides of corn with salt. Wrap foil tightly around corn.

Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the corn on the grill. BBQ for 15-20 minutes or until the corn can easily be pierced with a fork. Make sure you rotate the corn often!

While the corn is cooking make your cream sauce

Once cooked, load each ear up with the Cream Sauce you made and sprinkle additional chipotle chili powder, cotija cheese, fresh parsley, crushed Twigz, and fresh lime juice over each ear of corn.
