Twigz Burger

Nothing says I love you like a great burger. Here is everything you need to make a 10/10 homemade Twigz burger….



  • Ground chuck – We prefer an 80 lean/20 fat ratio for the juiciest burgers. Feel free to use ground turkey if you prefer!

  • Crushed Twigz & Panko bread crumbs – The best binders for juicy hamburgers.

  • Worcestershire sauce – Adds a deep beefy, smoky flavor.

  • Egg – To bind all of the ingredients together without drying.

  • Milk – The enzymes help to soften and tenderize the ground beef.

  • Seasonings: Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion powder, Pepper, or other spices of choice




  • Take out a mixing bowl, and add in the ground beef (or turkey), crushed twigz, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix by hand until the meat mixture is very smooth.

  • Press the meat down in the bowl, into an even disk. Then you can start to portion out your patties in serving sizes.

  • Set out a plate or baking sheet, and start to place your patties out. Depending on how thick you like them, you can take a small plate or flipper to press them down.

  • Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium heat. (Approximately 350-400 degrees F.)

  • For thick patties: Grill or fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side.

  • For thin patties: Cook on the grill for 2 minutes per side.

  • Then voila! 

We garnish our burgers will spicy mayo (mayo mixed with sriracha), pickles, shredded iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and of course, more twigz for that added crunch!
