Don't worry - it looks fancy but it is super easy to make.
- Cranberries (can use fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon
- Fresh Rosemary
How to make it:
✔️ Place your brie on a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan (the parchment is key for an easy transfer)
✔️ Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. You’ll know the brie is melted if you touch the top of the rind and it jiggles
✔️ Allow the brie cool for at least 15 minutes before transferring it
✔️ Add your cranberries, lemon, and sugar into a pot and warm over the stove till combined
✔️ once your brie has cooled add your warm sauce
✔️ Sprinkle some Pecans on top and serve with Twigz
